Christmas market in Chemnitz

From Markt/Neumarkt via Rosenhof and Jakobikirchplatz to Düsseldorfer Platz and Innere Klosterstraße, a sea of almond scent and Christmas magic will then stretch out. From small wooden huts, various merchants offer their wares until the day before Christmas Eve, and a medieval Christmas market on the Innere Klosterstraße invites visitors to rediscover history. On the day before the first Advent, the traditional mountain parade will also take place in Chemnitz city center. Around 700 people in historical uniforms, as well as 400 miners and singers create an impressive picture and invite to the concert.
